More than gifts. A community-wide embrace.
The Eddy County CASA Holiday Program is one of our oldest and most beloved traditions. What began as a heartfelt effort to fulfill wishlists for children in foster care has grown into something far greater: a full celebration of community, care, and belonging.
Each year, local businesses, organizations, and community partners rally together to make sure no child in our program goes without during the holidays. From hand-selected wish list items to a joyful holiday event complete with food, activities, and photos with Santa, this program wraps every child in the kind of warmth that stays with them long after the season ends.
For children who have experienced trauma, instability, and loss, a moment of genuine celebration is not a small thing. It is a reminder that this community sees them, values them, and is rooting for them.
